1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EzzyHub services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

EzzyHub is a Certified HubSpot Partner that offers specialized consulting services in Revenue Operations, sales process automation and commercial funnel optimization for companies in the Philippines.

3. Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Revenue Operations consulting
• HubSpot implementation and configuration
• Sales process automation
• Training and strategic coaching
• Sales funnel analysis and optimization
• FocusFlow methodology development

4. Client Obligations

The client commits to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Actively collaborate in the implementation process
• Meet agreed deadlines
• Facilitate necessary access to systems and data
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

5. Payments and Billing

Payments will be made according to the terms agreed in the specific service contract. EzzyHub reserves the right to suspend services in case of payment default.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during service provision. This obligation will remain in effect even after contract termination.

7. Intellectual Property

EzzyHub retains all intellectual property rights over its methodologies, processes and developed tools. The client obtains limited use license for the specific elements implemented in their organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

EzzyHub will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice. EzzyHub reserves the right to immediately terminate services in case of serious breach of these terms.

10. Modifications

EzzyHub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on our website.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
